All roads lead to The Eagle Inn on the 12th of May as All My Friends and AllTrax host Manchester-based DJ and producer James Greenwood for a night of eclectic wax and serious dance floor weapons.
Ahead of the event we’ve collected together the best mixes and releases from James along with some choice mixes from AMF and AllTrax residents Liam Oliver and Tom2Trax to soundtrack the build-up to our May party.
Semi-Skimmed Edits is a vinyl-only label that focuses on releasing edits in their purest form. Nothing added, nothing taken away, just resliced disco, elongated and primed for modern dance floors.
James’s releases are strictly vinyl only, while you’re probably too late to grab any of his previous releases you can listen to his catalog on Soundcloud. We’ve dropped a few select tracks below. Nothing like some pumping disco edit to get you in the mood for a boogie:
James isn’t the only producer gracing the decks on the 12th of May. AllTrax founder Tom2Trax will be playing alongside AMF founder (yours truly) one warmup and close down duties. His release, Grafter, on Sprechen records gained widespread praise across Manchester and you can listen to his debut track below.
Rounding out the evening lineup is DJ and writer of this little article Liam Oliver who’ll be playing back to back with Tom2Trax, book-ending the evening.
