Scrambled Eggs ft Anthony Bourdain

Scrambled Eggs Ft Anthony Bourdain

Music and food go hand in hand. I had an idea a year ago to make a track that combines the two. I initially was gonna chat shit about making Eggs Florentine and build a track around that but then came across this great vocal sample so decided to use  it.
Admittedly, I’m not a great producer (yet) and this was only ever supposed to be a practice project.  But in light of the sad news about Anthony Bourdain’s passing yesterday I thought I had to dig it out and share.

Liam Olivers Scrambled eggs:

2 eggs 1 Slice of sourdough ( Get them from Pollen if you’re manchester based) Aldi Norpak Salt n Pepper

Method

  1. Set your toaster to 3 medium brown.
  2. Put your sourdough in the toaster.
  3. Whilst your bread it toasting, beat your eggs (careful not to over-beat them)  in a bowl with some salt & pepper.
  4. Melt the Norpak in a saucepan and place in your eggs, let them form up a bit and then mix in a figure of 8 pattern to get a rippled textured scrambled egg.
  5. Take out your toast from the toaster and arrange your scrambled  eggs.
  6. Enjoy!
