A career chef and musical aficionado Dolly has always had a knack for mixing both flavours and music. Growing up in Manchester helped him hone his record collection, finding influences in clubs such as Legends, the Hacienda and the Roadhouse.
With a wealth of musical knowledge and record bags deeper than the Irwell he has put together a slow burning mix of Hip Hop, Jazz, Soul & funk for the inaugural All My Friends mix. Music to bust some moves to, swaying between refrained numbers and all out stompers.
